Sleep is one of the most important factors in effectively combating anxiety, depression and even stress. At least 8 hours of sleep each night is essential for both your mental and physical health. Irregular sleep patterns can cause fatigue and heighten the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Therefore, try to go to bet at exact same time each night and create an environment that will help you sleep more and sleep better

You can also talk to a medical professional about tips on how to improve sleep patterns. Sometimes that may include help from medicine but oftentimes, it comes down to a couple of exercises and healthy habits before bedtime. If you truly want to help yourself deal with anxiety and depression then you should never hesitate to seek help wherever you can find it.
